Every week, we offer a variety of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and pranayama practices! All military, past and present, are welcome — regardless of experience level. Scroll down for times and styles.

Yoga with Rooster ~ 45 minutes

2nd, 3rd, 4th Wednesday of the month @ 7 PM Central / 8 PM Eastern

A Veteran-led class combining yoga, meditation, and pranayama breathing practice.

Yoga with Lisa ~ 60 minutes

1st Wednesday of the month @ 8 AM Central / 9 AM Eastern

Connect with fellow Vets for an all-levels Hatha yoga class with a long resting pose at the end (savasana)

Virtual Mindfulness Retreat ~ 60 minutes

1st Wednesday of the month @ 6 PM Central / 7 PM Eastern

A chance to learn about our program or reconnect with Vets from previous retreats. Discussion, silliness, and mindfulness practice.
